By replacing only the bumper head instead of the entire brush head, we reduce plastic consumption while maintaining top-notch oral care.

 

2. Is the bumper head long-lasting?
The bumper head is designed for hygiene and optimal performance. We recommend replacing it every 1 to 2 months, similar to standard toothbrush replacements.

 

3. Does LUNA require charging?
No, LUNA is battery-operated and runs on a standard AA battery—easily replaceable and widely available.

 

4. What is the sonic power of LUNA?
LUNA delivers 39,000 strokes per minute (650 strokes per second), providing a deep yet gentle clean.

 

5. Is LUNA waterproof?
Yes, LUNA is waterproof and designed for safe use in wet conditions.

Yes, LUNA comes with a 2-year warranty for peace of mind.



CARE & MAINTENANCE

1. How do I clean my LUNA toothbrush?
Rinse the brush head and handle thoroughly under running water after each use. Twist and pull out the bumper head weekly for a deeper clean. 

 

2. How do I replace the bumper head?
Twist and pull off used bumper head, then snap on a new one securely. It’s quick and effortless!

 

3. Can I use third-party brush heads?
LUNA’s brush head is uniquely designed and patented, meaning only official LUNA bumper heads will fit properly.

 

4. What is the bumper head made of?
The bumper head features a soft rubber grip for a comfortable hold and nylon bristles for an effective yet gentle clean.

1. Where do you ship?
For now, we’re keeping it local—shipping exclusively within Malaysia only. 

 

2. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

 

3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for unused and unopened items. Due to hygiene reasons, opened toothbrushes cannot be returned. (Please refer to Shipping & Returns for more information).

 

4. What if I receive a defective product?
