🔄 Returns & Refunds

We’re all about effortless daily care, so if something’s not right, let’s fix it.

✅ You can return your product within 7 days if it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

❌ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened toothbrushes (unless manufacturing defects). Personalized items are also non-refundable. Once we’ve received and approved your return, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 days. (Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable).
