Where do we ship?
Currently, we’re only shipping within Malaysia—but stay tuned, world domination is coming.

How long does it take?
Orders to West Malaysia typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days, while deliveries to East Malaysia may take 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for orders over RM120, while a flat rate of RM10 applies to smaller orders. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a message from us so you can keep an eye on it.

Returns & Refunds

We’re all about effortless daily care, so if something’s not right, let’s fix it.

You can return your product within 7 days if it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened toothbrushes (unless manufacturing defects). Personalized items are also non-refundable. Once we’ve received and approved your return, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 days. (Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable).
